"Focus on the New Company Law Payment System to Build the Cornerstone for the Steady Development of Enterprises" Legal Theme Salon

In order to help enterprises deeply understand the changes in the registered capital payment policy under the new "Company Law" and provide enterprises with compliance payment strategy suggestions, Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Maker Space, Shaanxi Zejie Law Firm and Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Incubator Party Branch jointly held the legal theme salon "Focus on the paid-in system of the new company law and build the cornerstone of the stable development of enterprises" on the afternoon of November 29, 2024. This event aims to provide enterprises with the interpretation of the new company law policy and practical consultation and guidance, so as to help enterprises achieve stability and long-term development. The event attracted more than 130 enterprises from incubating enterprises and port district enterprises through online and offline synchronization.

This event was themed by Shaanxi Zejie Law Firm - Cao Xiaowei, lawyer Cao. At the meeting, lawyer Cao shared the general content of the new company law and the impact on the normal operation of the company based on theory and case experience, and explained the 5-year period for subscribing registered capital, non-monetary capital contribution, accelerated expiration of subscribed capital, verification and collection of registered capital, shareholder loss of rights system, directors, supervisors, and senior executives' liability for fault compensation for withdrawal of capital contribution, joint and several liability for the transfer of equity without term, and eight parts of the publicity system for the actual payment of registered capital, and gave corresponding measures to help enterprises avoid disputes over the above content.

In the explanation of the legal risk warning and prevention and control guidelines for enterprise contracts, lawyer Cao focused on explaining the problems that are prone to arise in the above parts of the contract, including the main body of the contract, the subject matter of the contract, the rights and obligations of the contract, the performance of the contract, and the breach of contract during the performance process. He also explained the serious legal consequences if the above part of the problem occurs through relevant cases.
