Reasons for Trademark Infringement on E-commerce Platforms and Countermeasures
On Friday, October 18th at 14:00 pm, a conference focusing on trademark infringement issues of e-commerce platforms was successfully held. This conference was conducted online and offline simultaneously, bringing a feast of knowledge to e-commerce platform managers, merchants and related practitioners. This event was guided by the Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Chanba International Port Branch of the Xi'an Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, and the Comprehensive Committee of the Communist Party of China's Xi'an Chanba International Port Non-public Economic Organizations and Social Organizations. Hosted by Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Maker Space and Xi'an Suidou Information Consulting Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Party Branch of Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Incubator.
This event invited Mr. Dong Weiwei, general manager and general manager of Xi'an Suidou Information Consulting Co., Ltd., to give lectures. Special guests included two teachers from Chanba International Port Branch of Xi'an Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. The theme of the conference is closely related to the current hotspots in the e-commerce industry, aiming to help relevant personnel gain a deeper understanding of trademark infringement issues, master effective response strategies, enhance awareness of intellectual property protection, and then promote the healthy development of the e-commerce industry.
The conference agenda was rich and practical. First, the courseware "Analysis and Response to Trademark Infringement on E-commerce Platforms" was shared, covering aspects such as intellectual property rights, eight major instructions on intellectual property rights, exploration of intellectual property rights, analysis of the causes of trademark infringement on e-commerce platforms, and how to deal with trademark infringement on e-commerce platforms. It comprehensively and systematically sorted out the relevant knowledge and response methods of trademark infringement for the participants.
The subsequent Q & A interactive session pushed the meeting to a climax. Participants actively exchanged questions and answers about their own cases of trademark infringement on e-commerce platforms or related questions. Everyone spoke freely, shared experiences, and jointly explored ways to solve problems.
