Special Training Seminar on the Revision and Interpretation of the Company Law
In order to strengthen the study and understanding of the revised content of the new "Company Law", on the afternoon of April 12, 2024, under the guidance of the Party and Mass Work Department of Chanba International Port, the Central Business District and Modern Business and Trade Industrial Park, the Belt and Road Initiative International Commercial Legal Service Demonstration Park, and the Personnel Department of Xi'an Chanba International Port Organization, sponsored by Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Maker Space, and co-organized by Chang'an University, Beijing Bank of China (Xi'an) Law Firm, and Xi'an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Development Association, the special legal lecture on the revision and interpretation of the new "Company Law" was successfully held in the conference room on the second floor of Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Maker Space.
