In order to do a good job in the application for booths of enterprises of the Xi'an Trading Group of the 137th Canton Fair, according to the "Notice on the Application for Participation in the Export Exhibition of the 137th China Import and Export Fair" (Huiye Zi [2024] No. 1089) of the Business Office of the China Import and Export Fair Conference, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

Exhibition time and format

The 137th Canton Fair opened on April 15, 2025, and will hold offline exhibitions and LiveOps online platforms in three phases, including:

Phase 1: April 15-19, 2025

Phase 2: April 23-27, 2025

Phase 3: May 1-5, 2025

Exhibition content

The offline exhibition has a total of 13 sections and 55 exhibition areas, and the sections of each phase are set as follows:

Phase 1: electronic appliances, industrial manufacturing, vehicles and two-wheelers, lighting and electrical, hardware tools.

Phase 2: Household goods, gifts and decorations, building materials and furniture.

Phase 3: Toys and pregnant children, fashion, home textiles, stationery, health and leisure.

The theme of the online platform display is consistent with the offline exhibition (see Annex 1), and the specific measures will be notified separately.

III. Application start and end time

1. Brand booth confirmation application: from now on - November 20.

2. General Booth Application: From now on - November 30.

IV. Exhibitor application process

Please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/), register, confirm company and exhibit information, and apply for booth.

V. List of materials to be submitted for booth application

1. Online printing of the exhibition application form with official seal;

2. A copy of the business license stamped with the official seal;

3. Record receipt from the consignee and consignor of customs import and export goods with official seal;

4. Other company qualification certificates or copies with official seals: internationally accepted quality management systems, environmental management systems and industry certification materials, high-tech enterprise certificates, utility model and appearance patent certificates, invention patents, domestic and foreign registered trademarks, etc.

5. Enterprise Exhibitor Application (self-drafted): Contains the following three contents, ① company profile within 200 words; ② company operation and export situation; ③ Canton Fair exhibition appeal.

VI. Precautions

1. Please follow the system prompts to fill in the relevant information in detail and truthfully. If you encounter any problems in the application, you can refer to the operation guide "Notification Board" on the homepage of the "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system, or contact the Canton Fair Customer Contact Center (4000-888-999) in time to solve it.

2. The entry into force of an enterprise's online exhibition application does not mean that it has obtained a booth. The booth arrangement will be determined in accordance with the relevant measures for the arrangement of export booths at the Canton Fair. The arrangement result is subject to the final announcement of the booth number by "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" or the notice of the Xi'an Trading Group. Enterprises that have obtained booths shall abide by the regulations on the management of the use of booths. Please refer to the notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce on the issuance of the "Regulations on the Administration of the Use of Export Booths at the Canton Fair" (

3. "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" is the only official booth application channel for the Canton Fair. Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce, please contact the Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce first for matters related to the booth application of enterprises in this city. All exhibition matters, including payment of exhibition fees, application of certificates, booth allocation management measures, etc., must be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Xi'an Trading Group (see Annex 3). The Canton Fair Export Exhibition does not entrust any unit or individual other than the Trading Group to represent any booth application, arrangement and other matters. Enterprises are requested to be vigilant and beware of being deceived.

4. The Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce will verify whether the 2024 annual performance of the enterprises applying for booths corresponds to the exhibition area applied for. The person in charge of the enterprise is requested to go to the Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce before December 31 to submit the certificate of trade volume of commodity categories verified by China (Shaanxi) trade "single window" enterprise foreign trade DataRocks (for specific operation procedures, please consult Shaanxi Electronic Port Co., Ltd.).

5. The Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce of the 137th Canton Fair will continue to evaluate and score the export performance and other indicators of the enterprises applying for the booth, and allocate the corresponding booths according to the requirements of Article 17 of Chapter 5 of the "Measures for the Administration of Joint Exhibitions of China Import and Export Commodities Fair", "A certain proportion of specialized and special" little giants ", manufacturing individual champions, high-tech enterprises with development potential may be arranged in each exhibition area, but there is no export performance (or export volume does not meet the exhibition standards).

6. The booth applicant must ensure that the contact information of the manager and the person in charge filled in the system is true and effective, and it is indeed the booth applicant.
