The 136th Canton Fair Shaanxi Trading Group General Booth Application Instructions
Booth application process
Canton Fair export booths are divided into brand booths and general booths. This notice is for general booth applications. Please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn), register to confirm the company and exhibit information, and apply for booths. Companies that have declared brand booths can apply for general booths at the same time according to their own needs. The general booth application process (including online exhibition) is as follows:

1. Exhibitor application form. Please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Easy and Jietong" system for enterprises that meet the eligibility requirements of the Canton Fair (see Annex 1 of the application instructions for the eligibility standards), fill in the application information of the corresponding exhibition area online according to the exhibition catalog, print the application form (path: booth application - my booth application - general booth application) and affix the official seal.
2. Other booth application materials:
(1) Apply for company-to-public account information;
(2) Billing information;
(3) The original company registration certificate or a copy of the official seal: the business license of the enterprise legal person, the customs declaration registration certificate or the record receipt of the customs import and export goods consignee and consignor (must be stamped by the customs), and the 2023 enterprise national tax/local tax payment certificate.
(4) Other company qualification certificates or copies with official seals: internationally accepted quality management systems, environmental management systems and industry certification materials, high-tech enterprise certificates, utility model and appearance patent certificates, invention patents, domestic and foreign registered trademarks.
Note 1: The patentee in the patent certificate for utility model, invention and design should be the company applying for the booth or an employee of the company (the employee's social security certificate must be uploaded);
Note 2: When an enterprise submits a registered trademark certificate for overseas markets, except for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, the registered trademark certificates of other non-Chinese countries and regions should also provide a Chinese translation.
3. Mail the exhibition application form and other materials to Office 129, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, Xincheng Courtyard, Xincheng District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province before May 30. Mei Yu received it
4. New applicants for the booth of the 136th Canton Fair should submit the "booth application form" with the official seal and the original qualification certificate to the trading group for inspection before May 25. 5. Joint venture exhibitors must fill in the application materials for joint venture exhibitors simultaneously.
Note: Production enterprises and enterprises allocated to one booth are not allowed to join forces. Trading enterprises allocated to two or more booths in the same exhibition area are allowed to join forces with production enterprises, and only two alternative joint ventures can be declared in the same exhibition area. If a trading enterprise and a joint supply enterprise jointly participate in the exhibition, they must enter the information of the joint supply enterprise into Yijietong for the record when applying for a booth.
Online application requirements
(1) The customs export volume is one of the important reference standards for booth arrangement. The customs export volume of the enterprise will be verified and counted according to the customs code filled in by the enterprise. Please be sure to fill in the confirmation customs code carefully.
(2) Enterprises must complete the online application and submit written materials before the specified time limit. If the materials are overdue or sent by means other than EMS express, they will be processed as "invalid application". "Exhibitor application takes effect" or "review has passed" displayed on the "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system does not mean that the booth is obtained. The result of booth arrangement is subject to the booth allocation (pre-fee) notice issued by the Shaanxi Trading Group.
(3) Due to the implementation of comprehensive green exhibition placement at the Canton Fair, the optional exhibition types filled in by the enterprise Easy Jietong system are limited to green special installation, standard booth and unified exhibition. All special exhibition booths must be green special installation. The Canton Fair implements comprehensive green special installation. The types of exhibition optional by enterprises are limited to green special exhibition booths and standard exhibition booths. Two or more booths in the same exhibition area can apply for special decoration, and one booth is classified as a standard booth and will be built uniformly by the conference. All special exhibition booths at the Canton Fair must use reusable metal materials for green exhibition (for the standards of green special exhibition booths at the Canton Fair, please refer to Annex 2 of the Application Instructions for details). Enterprises that specially decorate their booths must clearly fill in whether the applied booth needs special decoration when applying for a booth in the Easy Jietong system, and the submitted application cannot be changed. If the change conference is made, the qualification of the enterprise for special installation for three consecutive sessions will be cancelled. "Unified exhibition placement" can only be selected when applying for booths for processing machinery and equipment exhibition areas, vehicles, construction machinery (indoor and outdoor), agricultural machinery (indoor and outdoor), and iron and stone decorations and outdoor spa facilities.
(4) When enterprises fill in the exhibits in the Easy Jietong system, each application exhibition area must register at least three exhibits, and at least one exhibit must be uploaded or updated within the past three years. When selecting the main exhibits in the online application booth, the corresponding customs code (ie HS code, 8-digit code) of the exhibits must be filled in. The same customs code can only be applied for one exhibition area. To apply for the exhibition area of processing machinery and equipment, vehicles, construction machinery (indoor, outdoor), agricultural machinery (indoor, outdoor) and other exhibition areas, the size (length, width and height) of the exhibits must be filled in. If not filled in, the product is too long or too wide when it is displayed, and the excess part will be punished by three times the booth fee per square meter. The processing machinery and equipment exhibition area, vehicles, construction machinery (indoor and outdoor), agricultural machinery (indoor and outdoor), as well as iron and stone decorations and outdoor spa facilities booths are uniformly arranged by Canton Fair Exhibition Engineering Co., Ltd. Among them, large machinery and equipment exhibition areas do not accept enterprises to apply for their own special installation.
(5) When applying for a booth in the exhibition area with a professional division for exhibits, please select the corresponding exhibition area according to the main exhibition categories (accounting for more than 60% of the company's exhibits), so as to facilitate purchasers to accurately find the company's booth and improve the exhibition effect.
III. Precautions
(1) Please follow the system prompts to fill in the relevant information in detail and truthfully. If you encounter any problems in the application, you can refer to the operation guide of the "Notification Board" on the homepage of the "Exhibiting Easy Jietong" system, or contact the Canton Fair Customer Contact Center (4000-888-999) in time to solve it.
(2) The exhibits registered at the time of booth application will not be displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair. If you need to maintain the information of the exhibits displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair, please log in to the "Cloud Exhibition Hall Management" system of the official website of the Canton Fair after obtaining the online exhibition qualification for relevant operations.
(3) If you apply for the professional division of exhibits in the exhibition area, you must truthfully declare the corresponding exhibition area according to the main exhibition categories (accounting for more than 60% of the company's exhibits), so as to facilitate the buyer to accurately find the target booth and improve the effectiveness of the exhibition.
(4) The offline exhibition of the Canton Fair export exhibition implements a restriction mechanism for withdrawing exhibition booths, specifically:
If the booth is returned before the second day after the deadline for pre-positioning of all corporate booth positions (inclusive), the returned booth will not be charged a booth fee; if the booth is returned after the second day after the deadline for pre-positioning of all corporate booth positions to the day before the opening (inclusive), half of the booth fee will be charged for the returned booth; if the booth is returned after the opening, the full booth fee will be charged for the returned booth.
(5) The price standard for offline exhibition booths and the fee standard for online exhibition services at the 136th Canton Fair will be notified separately.
IV. Important Notes
(1) "Exhibiting Easy Jietong" is the only official booth application channel of the Canton Fair. Please contact the trading group first for booth application related matters. All exhibition matters, including payment of exhibition fees, application for certificates, etc., must be handled through the trading group. The Canton Fair Export Exhibition does not entrust any unit or individual other than the trading group to represent any booth application, arrangement and other matters. Please be vigilant and beware of being deceived.
(2) The booth applicant must ensure that the communication method between the manager and the person in charge filled in the system is smooth and effective, so that the trading group can contact and communicate in a timely manner.

Appendix 1 Exhibitor Qualification Criteria
Obtain a legal person business license and a foreign trade operator filing registration certificate in accordance with the law, and have handled the import and export enterprise code.
Second, the export amount of enterprises under the statistical caliber of the Canton Fair must meet the following minimum standards:
(Note: The export value under the statistical caliber of the Canton Fair refers to the export value of general trade and feed processing trade according to the statistics of China Customs, after deducting non-sample transaction products such as rice, soybeans, crude oil, refined oil, coal, coke, metal and non-metallic mineral products, tobacco, etc.):
Exhibitors Qualification Standards
III. Enterprises that fall under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the exhibition:
(1) Illegal enterprises announced by the Ministry of Commerce to the public shall be prohibited from participating in the exhibition during the announcement period.
(2) Illegal enterprises notified by the state departments of industry and commerce, customs, taxation, quality inspection, foreign exchange, environmental protection, and drug supervision shall be prohibited from participating in the exhibition within the penalty period; if there is no penalty period, they shall be prohibited from participating in the exhibition for six consecutive terms from the date of punishment.
(3) Enterprises that violate the relevant provisions of the General Assembly due to illegal transfer or sublease (sale) of exhibition booths, complaints of suspected exhibits quality and trade disputes, intellectual property infringement, etc., and are within the time limit for being disqualified from exhibiting.
(4) Enterprises that are disqualified from exhibiting due to other acts such as refusing to obey the management of the conference, disrupting the order of the exhibition, etc., which are considered by the conference to have a significant adverse impact on the reputation or normal operation of the Canton Fair.
IV. Exhibit requirements
Exhibits under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from exhibiting:
(1) Exhibits outside the scope of exhibits at the China Import and Export Fair (Export Exhibition).
(2) Exhibits that do not comply with the provisions of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant laws and regulations on the quality of export products.
(3) Exhibits involving trademarks, patents, and copyrights, but without obtaining a legal rights certificate or license contract.
(4) Exhibits with bad records in commercial, entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions, pharmaceutical and other quality supervision and management departments that have not passed the re-inspection.
(5) Exhibits found to be infringing by judicial, arbitration or intellectual property administrative authorities.
V. Exhibitors must undertake to accept and abide by the relevant terms and regulations of the Canton Fair Export Exhibition, including the "Letter of Responsibility for the Use of the Export Booth of the Canton Fair", "Instructions for Exhibitors of the China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition", and "Service Guide for Exhibitors of the China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition".
Annex 2
Canton Fair green special booth standard
This standard specifies the design, structure, materials, construction and demolition technology, display effect and other requirements for green special booths at the Canton Fair, and is applicable to all special booths at the Canton Fair.
I. Meaning
In line with the development trend of special decoration simplicity, component standardization and environmental protection. The design concept reflects the principles of reduction, reuse and recycling; the structure reflects modularization and component; the material reflects regeneration and recycling; the display effect reflects the corporate philosophy and displays the corporate and product image.
II. Criteria
It consists of basic requirements and green requirements.
(1) Basic requirements.
1. Design.
Through the Canton Fair special booth design review.
2. Fire protection and structural safety.
(1) Passed the fire and structural safety audit of the special booth of the Canton Fair.
(2) Ensure the overall strength, stiffness, stability, and firmness of each connection point of the booth structure.
(3) Design and construction in strict accordance with the relevant national mandatory technical specifications, standards and regulations for decoration projects.
3. Electricity safety.
(1) Passed the electricity safety audit for the special booth of the Canton Fair.
(2) Carry out construction in strict accordance with relevant national technical specifications, standards and regulations for the installation of electrical facilities.
4. For specific requirements, please refer to the relevant content of the "China Import and Export Fair Exhibition Manual".
(2) Green requirements.
1. Design.
Embody the 3R principle, namely:
A. Reduce: Realize booth functionality with less material.
B. Reuse: requires the material to be recycled in its original form.
C. Recycling: The materials required to achieve the function of the booth can be economically recycled and recycled.
2. Materials.
(1) Use recycled and recyclable, non-toxic and harmless environmentally friendly materials or recyclable materials, and meet standards A or B:
A. Pure metal profile structure, the use of decorative materials is less than 10% of the total amount of building materials (calculated by volume), and all non-wood materials, the collection rate of building materials reaches 100%.
B. Mixed profile structure, the use of wood materials is less than 30% of the total amount of building materials (calculated by volume), and the collection rate of building materials reaches 100%.
(2) Lightweight, highly removable, easy to handle, easy to transport.
(3) The utilization rate of energy-saving lamps should not be less than 80%.
3. Construction and demolition.
(1) On-site assembly is modular and component-based, and the construction and dismantling are orderly, controllable, convenient, safe and fast.
(2) No damage to personnel, exhibition venues, and equipment; no dust, noise, toxic and harmful gases, and waste; no violations.
4. Effect.
(1) Express the corporate philosophy and showcase the corporate and product image.
(2) The booth is transparent and well-defined, without the use of wooden materials for capping.
(3) The display effect is simple, harmonious and beautiful.
III. This standard is for internal use at the Canton Fair and is interpreted by the China Foreign Trade Center.
IV. This standard has been implemented since the 115th Canton Fair.
