Direct Leasing and Cross-border Financial Leasing Training Seminar
On the afternoon of April 26, 2024, the training session on "Direct Leasing and Cross-border Financial Leasing" was successfully held in Hall 1, Changjiang, 4th Floor, Ramada Plaza Hotel, Huangyuan, Xi'an. The event was guided by the Office of the Finance Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Foreign Cooperation Bureau of the Xi'an Chanba International Port Management Committee, sponsored by the Shaanxi Provincial Financial Leasing Industry Association, and co-organized by Shaanxi Financial Leasing Industry Development Research Association, Shaanxi Boqia Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Silver Bullet Valley Maker Space.
At the beginning of the lecture, Mr. Fang first analyzed in detail the main nodes of direct leasing operations, including the selection of leased items, the signing of lease contracts, the delivery and acceptance of leased items, and the payment and collection of rents, etc., so that the financial personnel, finance, practitioners, and investors present had a comprehensive understanding of the operation process of direct leasing business.
Then, Mr. Fang deeply analyzed the business model, market prospects and risk control of direct financial leasing business. In terms of cross-border financing, he analyzed the operation points, policies and regulations of cross-border financing, and pointed out the issues that should be paid attention to in the process of cross-border financing of financial leasing, including compliance operation, exchange rate risk management, international trade barriers, etc., which pointed out the direction for everyone to carry out cross-border financing business smoothly.
