Notice of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce on soliciting cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouse enterprises to participate in the 135th Canton Fair. All relevant enterprises: In order to promote the linkage and mutual promotion of traditional business forms with cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehouses and other new business forms, the 135th Canton Fair will set up a cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouse exhibition area on a trial basis. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: 1. Exhibition location and time. Location: 1st floor of the conference center on the west side of the Canton Fair exhibition hall (west of the exhibition venue West Road). Time: Consistent with the offline exhibition period of the 135th Canton Fair, it will be divided into three phases for a total of 15 days. Phase 1: April 15-19, 2024; Phase 2: April 23-27, 2024; Phase 3: May 1-5, 2024. The daily display time is 9:30-18:00. Cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouse booths will not be replaced during the exhibition, but the exhibition will be closed and closed during the exchange period of exhibitors in the main exhibition hall of the Canton Fair (April 20-22, April 28-30). 2. The main body and content of the exhibition. The main body of the exhibition: cross-border e-commerce enterprises and overseas warehouse enterprises, and the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area. Display content: Enterprises display their main products, service promotion, etc. The display exhibits and promotion content must comply with the relevant provisions of the Canton Fair exhibition manual. Cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area can display innovative practices, typical cases, support policies and other content. III. Booth specifications and charging standards. The exhibition area on the first floor of the conference center is divided into two types of booths: cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouses, both of which are bare space. Cross-border e-commerce booths: The provincial commercial authorities confirm the application area in writing to the conference business office. In principle, each province arranges 1 booth (40 square meters), which can be increased or decreased in units of 5 square meters according to demand. Overseas warehouse booths: The overseas warehouse enterprises fill in the exhibition application form and submit the application directly to the foreign trade center mailbox (exhibitionsupport@cantonfair.org.cn). The minimum application area is 18 square meters. Booth fee: The price standard for cross-border e-commerce and overseas warehouse exhibition areas is 25,800 yuan/5 square meters, and the fee includes raw space, on-site supporting services and online static display services. Special installation fee: The exhibition area is specially equipped for exhibition. The provincial-level commercial authorities designate a unit to take the lead and sign a service contract with the foreign trade center. Overall consideration is given to the design and construction of the overall booth. It is responsible for docking contract signing, fee collection, personnel management, certificate handling, special decoration reporting and other matters, and entrusts the special decoration service provider of the Canton Fair for construction. The cost shall be shared by the participating units in each province. The overseas warehouse booth shall be responsible for docking the above exhibition matters by the exhibitors themselves. IV. Relevant requirements 1. Please report your willingness to participate in the exhibition to the Foreign Trade Division (Section) of the prefecture-level commercial department before 17:00 on March 21. Overseas warehouse enterprises will directly contact the Foreign Trade Center to register for the exhibition. 2. The Provincial Department of Commerce will book the exhibition area uniformly according to the registration willingness of enterprises, and carry out the overall special decoration.
