Notice of Shaanxi Exchange Group on Application for Exhibiting at the Export Exhibition of the 135th China Import and Export Fair

The application for participation in the 135th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) Export Exhibition of the Shaanxi Trading Group is now launched. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

Exhibition time and format

The 135th Canton Fair is planned to open on April 15, 2024, and will hold offline exhibitions and LiveOps online platforms in three phases, including:

Offline exhibition:

Phase 1: April 15-19, 2024

Phase 2: April 23-27, 2024

Phase 3: May 1-5, 2024

Online platform:

The service time is half a year (March 16, 2024 - September 15, 2024). Online display, search, instant communication, supply and purchase matching, virtual exhibition hall and other functions will continue to be open, and online display and appointment negotiation functions will be open during the offline exhibition. Widely attract qualified enterprises to participate in the exhibition, and there is no upper limit on the number of exhibitors.

Exhibition content

The offline exhibition has a total of 13 sections and 55 exhibition areas, and the sections of each phase are set as follows:

Phase 1: Electronic appliances, industrial manufacturing, vehicles and two-wheelers, lighting and electrical, hardware tools

Phase 2: Household goods, gifts and decorations, building materials and furniture

Phase 3: Toys and children, fashion, home textiles, stationery, health and leisure

The theme of the online platform display is consistent with the offline exhibition.

The range of exhibits in each exhibition area is detailed in Annex 1.

III. Application start and end time

Brand Booth Confirmation Application: From now on - November 30.

General Booth Application: From now on - December 10.

Online exhibition application: From now on - March 15, 2024.

IV. Exhibitor application process

(1) Offline exhibition.

Canton Fair export exhibition booths are divided into brand booths and general booths. Please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/), register, confirm the company and exhibit information, and submit the exhibition application. After completing the application registration of the "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system, please contact the "General Booth Application Instructions for Shaanxi Trading Group of the 135th China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition" (see Annex 2 for details) for follow-up related matters.

1. Brand booth confirmation application

The 135th Canton Fair will only make adjustments and arrangements for brand booths that enterprises voluntarily apply for return and the conference takes back. If you are a brand booth exhibitor of the 134th Canton Fair, please confirm the 135th brand booth application according to the corresponding exhibition area and quantity of the original brand booth. Please print the exhibition application form (path: booth application - my booth application - brand booth confirmation application) and affix the official seal and report it to the trading group. If you confirm the return of all or part of the brand booths, please submit the official seal application for the return of the booth in writing simultaneously (automatically generated by the system when confirming the application) and report it to the trading group. Those who fail to confirm within the time limit will be regarded as abandonment. If you need to add more booths, please apply for general booths in the corresponding exhibition area, and priority will be given to the general booth arrangement of brand booth adhesion.

According to the dynamic adjustment mechanism of the brand booth at the Canton Fair, non-brand enterprises can submit, supplement or update the brand booth application materials in writing to the trading group at any time, and add them to the list of brand booth candidate enterprises according to the evaluation score.

2. General Booth Application

Companies that are interested in exhibiting and meet the eligibility for participating in the Canton Fair (see Annex 3 for details), please fill in the booth application information of the corresponding exhibition area online according to the exhibition catalog, and select "both online and offline exhibition" or "only offline exhibition" as needed in the column of "Exhibition Form". After completing the information filling, please print the exhibition application form (path: booth application - my booth application - general booth application) and affix it with the official seal. After submitting it to the trading group together with the materials required by the trading group, the exhibition applicant will officially take effect.

(2) Online platforms.

Enterprises interested in applying to participate in the online platform of the Canton Fair, please log in to the Canton Fair "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn), submit the application according to the "General Booth" application process, and check "Online Exhibition Only". After completing the information, please print the exhibition application form and affix the official seal, and report it to the trading group together with the materials required by the trading group, and the exhibition applicant will officially take effect.

V. Precautions

(1) Please follow the system prompts to fill in the relevant information in detail and truthfully. If you encounter any problems in the application, you can refer to the operation guide of the "Notification Board" on the homepage of the "Exhibiting Easy Jietong" system, or contact the Canton Fair Customer Contact Center (4000-888-999) in time to solve it.

(2) Exhibits registered in the "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" system will not be displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair. If you need to maintain the information of the exhibits displayed on the official website of the Canton Fair, please log in to the "Cloud Exhibition Hall Management" system of the official website of the Canton Fair after obtaining the online exhibition qualification for relevant operations.

(3) If you apply for the professional division of exhibits in the exhibition area, you must truthfully declare the corresponding exhibition area according to the main exhibition categories (accounting for more than 60% of the company's exhibits), so as to facilitate the buyer to accurately find the target booth and improve the effectiveness of the exhibition.

(4) The offline exhibition of the Canton Fair Export Exhibition implements a booth withdrawal restriction mechanism, which is as follows: if the booth is returned before the second day after the completion of the pre-set deadline for all enterprise booth positions in the exhibition area (inclusive), the returned booth will not be charged a booth fee; if the booth is returned from the second day after the completion of the pre-set deadline for all enterprise booth positions in the exhibition area to the day before the opening (inclusive), half of the booth fee will be charged for the returned booth; if the booth is returned after the opening, the full booth fee will be charged for the returned booth.

(5) Since the 135th Canton Fair, enterprises have voluntarily participated in online exhibitions. Online platforms charge service fees according to differentiated packages and volume packages, and offline exhibitions charge separate booth fees. The specific fee standard will be notified separately.

Special notice

(1) The entry into force of an enterprise's online exhibition application does not mean that it has obtained the exhibition qualification. The enterprise and booth arrangement will be determined in accordance with the relevant measures for the export booth arrangement of the Canton Fair, and the arrangement result shall be subject to the notice of the trading group.

(2) "Exhibitor Easy Jietong" is the only official application channel for exhibition participation at the Canton Fair. Please contact the trading group first for matters related to exhibition application. All exhibition matters, including payment of exhibition fees, application for certificates, etc., must be handled through the trading group to which they belong. The Canton Fair Export Exhibition does not entrust any unit or individual other than the trading group to represent any exhibition application, arrangement and other matters. Please be vigilant and beware of being deceived.
